Viewing payments pending approval
- Select ‘QA PAYMENTS’ from the left-hand side menu
- All payments pending approval will be displayed
- To search for a specific payment, click the ‘FILTER’ button
- You also have the ability to export the list of payments as an excel document (.xlsx) using the ‘EXPORT’ button
- Click the down arrow
or the three dots
at either side of the payment to see details of the payment
- Clicking on the claim number will navigate you to the financials page of the claim requiring QA approval.
QA a payment
- Note: you are unable to QA a payment that you have raised and only able to QA authorise up to your delegated authority
- Click the down arrow
or the three dots
at either side of the payment to see details of the payment including:
- Payee details
- EFT or Cheque details
- Invoice number
- GST information
- Remittance Email
- Select from QA options available
- Final payment (tick if last payment on the claim, refer to the Payment module for additional information on this process)
- QA approve
- QA decline
- QA hold (payment status is updated to ‘QA ON HOLD’ until the revised payment is approved or declined)
- Any payments with QA approve will be submitted for banking
- Any payments that QA decline will have a task raised to the user that created the payment to edit the payment to correct the details and resubmit for QA approval (refer to Payment module for more information on this process)
