Logging Into Wilbur After Inactivity

If you haven't logged into Wilbur in the past 90 days, your account will be marked as "Inactive," and you won't be able to access the system directly. 

Follow these steps to regain access:

Attempt to Log In

After entering your credentials you will see this screen: 
 

Upon clicking on the link a confirmation message will pop up. 
 

Reset Your Password

Check your email for a password reset link.

Click the password reset email link and follow the instructions to create a new password. 
 

Access Restored

After resetting your password, log in to Wilbur with your new credentials. 

Your account should now be reactivated, and you will have access to the system.
