Upload a document

The Document section allows you to upload any file to the claim that is up to 100mb. The preview functionality is currently limited to PDF and MSG document types.

  • Select ‘DOCUMENTS’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click ‘UPLOAD DOCUMENT’ button.
    • A pop-up window will display asking you to select the file you would like to upload to the claim.
    • Select the file by highlighting the file in the selection window.
    • Click ‘OPEN’ to select the file for upload.
  • Note: You can also upload documents by dragging and dropping the file into the document area. The area will highlight with a dotted blue line when it is able to be dropped successfully into this claim.

Share document uploader link

Users can share a link to parties on a claim to upload documents directly to the claim from their device.

  • From the ‘DOCUMENTS’ section of the claim
  • Click the copy icon   next to the unique claim document uploader link
  • The link will become highlighted and a green pop-up will display confirming that the link has been copied to your clipboard
  • This link can be shared in emails, letters and SMS, by pasting this link into the chosen communication method.

View uploaded document

The Insurer controls the visibility of documents on each claim. By default, documents are only visible to the Insurer. If you find that you do not have access to documents on a claim, please contact the Insurer.

  • To preview an uploaded document (only available for PDF and MSG files), click the icon on the attachment in the File column.
    • A pop-up window will display with a preview of the attachment.
    • Click ‘CLOSE’ on the bottom of the document or ‘X’ top right to close and navigate back to the Documents section.
  • Note: To identify which files are available to preview, the file name in the File column will be in bold blue text. The file names that are in grey, can only be downloaded, see the below section for instructions.

Download the document

  • Click the download icon   to download a copy of the file.
    • The file will be downloaded to your download folder and can be saved or sent as required.

Upload a photo

  • Select ‘PHOTOS & VIDEOS’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click ‘+ UPLOAD PHOTO’ button.
    • A pop-up window will display asking you to select the photo/image you would like to upload to the claim.
    • Select the file by highlighting the photo/image in the selection window.
    • Click ‘Open’ to select the photo/image for upload.
  • Note: Photos are limited to 100MB per photo.

View uploaded photo

The Insurer controls visibility of photos on each claim. By default photos are only visible to the Insurer. If you find that you do not have access to photos on a claim, please contact the Insurer.

  • Click on the image you wish to view/edit.
    • A pop-up window will display with a preview of the photo/image.
    • You will be able to view the name of the image in the ‘TITLE’ field.
      Note: This field is only editable by the tenant users.
    • You can view the description of the image in the ‘DESCRIPTION’ field.
      Note: This field is only editable by the tenant users.
    • Click ‘CLOSE’ on the bottom of the document or ‘X’ top right to close and navigate back to the Photos & Videos section.

Note: You are not able to delete a file from a claim.

Download the photo

  • Click the download icon   under the image to download a copy of the photo/image.
    • The file will be downloaded to your download folder and can be saved or sent as required.

Upload a video

  • Videos are uploaded automatically via the ‘GO-LIVE’ functionality.
    • Note: Videos in this section are only available from uploading/recording in LiveLogik only available to Tenant and Supplier users. To add videos to your claim, we recommend uploading them to the documents section of the claim.

View uploaded videos

  • Click on the green video icon   for the video you wish to view.
    • A pop-up window will display with a preview of the video.
    • Click ‘CLOSE’ on the bottom of the video or ‘X’ top right to close and navigate back to the Photos & Videos section.

Note: You are not able to delete a video from a claim.
