Our dashboard views are specific to either user profile or team manager feature enabled.

User dashboard

The user dashboard has the following charts available in their view:

  • CLAIM STATUSES – A breakdown of the claims assigned to your user profile and what status they hold.
  • Note: If you do not have any claims assigned to you, your view will be blank.
  • CLAIMS ALLOCATION VS CLOSURE – A comparison of the number of claims assigned to your user profile, compared to how many have been closed

 

  • Select ‘DASHBOARD’ and then ‘USERS’ from the left-hand side menu
  • The dashboard defaults to view the last 30 days, if you wish to change the date parameters click on the calendar icon on the dashboard card you wish to modify
    • A pop-up window will display
    • Either use one of the pre-defined date ranges on the left-hand side or select a to and from date on the calendar to create a custom date range
    • Click the ‘APPLY’ button


Management dashboard

When viewing the dashboard as a ‘Team Manager’ the following charts are available:

  • POLICY TYPE BREAKDOWN – A breakdown of all claims categorised by the policy type
  • AVERAGE COST PER LOSS CODE EXCL MGMT FEES – Average claim cost per loss code, not including the management fee
  • NUMBER OF CLAIMS BY LOSS CODE – A breakdown of all claims grouped by the loss code (primary)
  • CLAIMS ALLOCATED VS CLOSURE – A comparison of the number of claims allocated, compared to how many have been closed
  • AVERAGE COST PLUS MANAGEMENT FEE – Average claim cost including management fee
  • AVERAGE CLAIM DURATION – Average claim duration
  • ASSESSOR – The status of each assessment, the average assessment duration and a breakdown of the assessors and the status of their assessments

 

  • Select ‘DASHBOARD’ and then ‘MANAGEMENT’ from the left-hand side menu
  • The dashboard defaults to view the last 30 days, if you wish to change the date parameters click on the calendar icon on the dashboard card you wish to modify
    • A pop-up window will display
    • Either use one of the pre-defined date ranges on the left-hand side or select a to and from date on the calendar to create a custom date range
    • Click the ‘APPLY’ button
  • To change all dashboards to display the same time frame, click the calendar icon in the top right-hand corner
    • A pop-up window will display
    • Either use one of the pre-defined date ranges on the left-hand side or select a to and from date on the calendar to create a custom date range
    • Click the ‘APPLY’ button
  • Note: Hovering over the charts will give you additional details that the dashboard is displaying, for example the number and percentage of claims per loss type.
